Crafted specifically for the day of love, SPRUCE's 4-course Valentine's Day Menu is set to impress lovebirds in marking the occasion. Available on the 13th and 14th of February at both Phoenix Park and HillV2 outlets, the couple set menu encapsulates romanticism and SPRUCE's signature gastronomic indulgence within the urban jungle.

 

Starter

Strawberry and avocado saladSeasonal vegetables with mustard seeds, strawberry dressing, oranges, purple onion, strawberries, and crumble.

Grilled cod fish with saffron cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes, and green asparagus

This lighter option of mains is a pleasuring delight for texture and taste despite its unassuming exposition; tenderly firm and naturally sweet cod fish paired with the creamy mashed potatoes and crunchy asparagus.

 

 

Grilled black angus beef striploin with truffle cream sauce and seasonal vegetables.
